Variable wxFuncProtocolConst

Func ID used to register and bind buses. This is handled by the Bus layer

Active side sends this:

• m: unused
• d: array of protocol names

Passive side returns:

• m: 0 = query, 1 = agree, 2 = disagree
• d: array of protocol names
